Why Your Info Is Collected And How It Is Used
Any and all personal information divulged to Nyxon Mods is used solely to improve and enhance your personal shopping experience.
We engage third parties to perform services related to operating our business. These services include payment processing and authorization, fraud protection and credit risk reduction, product customization, order fulfillment and shipping, marketing and promotional material distribution, website evaluation, data analysis, and, where applicable, data cleansing. We provide these third parties with personal information, but they are only authorized to use it for the services they perform.
Our website uses session replay analytics tools to help us reconstruct the user experience on the site. These tools collect data on our behalf. We use them to troubleshoot issues and improve user experience on our site. The tools provide insight into what works and what doesn’t work for users of the site, and they allow us to, for example, identify and repair technical errors such as broken links that impair the site’s functionality. We may also use the tools to authenticate users, enable site features, prevent fraud, and implement security measures. The tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information related to user behavior on our site, such as mouse movements, clicks, user inputs, scrolling, access times, visit duration, pages viewed, IP address (including location), operating system, page reloading, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data. The tools also collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses.
We engage a third-party vendor to provide live chat support services on our website. To utilize this chat feature, you must provide your name, phone number, and email address. Please note that the contents of your chat session may be recorded, and your use of the chat functionality constitutes your consent to such recording by us and the third-party vendor. Cookies are also utilized to enable these chats.
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or home address. We (or service providers on our behalf) may send communications and marketing to these email or home addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout
